Swapnil Dhaktode is a highly skilled film editor and co-founder of We Film Academy & Studio, Mumbai. He has contributed to prominent projects like Naika Devi, Bhagwan Bachawe, Qubool Hai 2.0, and Hoy Maharaj, as well as the web series Golden Harvest (edit, DI, sound mixing). Swapnil has also worked on music videos such as Karde Akram by Sonu Nigam and Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram by Tulsi Kumar. Known for his technical expertise and creative vision, he is a key figure in the post-production industry.
Harsh P
With nearly a decade of experience in film production, acquisition, and management, Harsh Pandit brings unparalleled expertise in shaping compelling stories for diverse audiences. Starting his career in 2015 as part of the production team for What About Savarkar, Harsh's journey has been marked by dedication and success. Harsh contributed to acclaimed films like Udd Jaa Nanhe Dil, The Safe House, and more as an Executive Producer. Harsh has worked with leading production houses, including T- Series and JA Entertainment, on Tara vs Bilal in London, and with Abundantia Entertainment on Neeyat. As an in-house Executive Producer for MX Player, he further honed his skills in overseeing high-quality projects. Under his banner, Harsh has produced the Gujarati film Harna starring Pratik Gandhi and Marathi film Batliwala Gang ?which is in the post-production stage. Currently, he is producing the Hindi biographical film Birsaait, based on the life of Birsa Munda, and preparing RK Trophy, an action drama, to go on floors soon.

Simi S., the founder of We Film Academy & Studio (est. 2020, Mumbai), is a highly qualified filmmaker specializing in post-production. Under her leadership, the studio offers industry-focused courses and top-tier post-production services to prominent clients in the entertainment sector. Simi has worked on notable projects, including the Kashmiri song Sajan Re, the short film ICK by Knockout Production, and the subtitles for the feature film Roti Kapda Aur Internet. She has also contributed to numerous Punjabi songs. Additionally, she provides personalized training in professional editing, sharing her expertise with aspiring editors.
